To ensure that the organization satisfies effective governance standards, a Board of Directors is both wise and necessary.
The role of the Executive Director is similar to the CEO of a corporation ensuring that the goals are clearly communicated to the team and that progress to those goals is evident.
The work of the Board of Directors and the Organization are part of the governance operating system that ensures accountability to our clients (the children), our volunteers that trust us and other stakeholders such as the churches, schools and businesses that work with us.
